The Concern
The client was facing trouble as their agent (who were supposed to take and make calls) were facing difficulties as their customer constantly complained about their voice not being clear/echoing and/or background noise was annoying.
The Solution
The Astel sales person/product expert visited the company in order to understand their pain point and offered a cost effective and appropriate solution ultimately making the client happy and satisfied.
The Process.
- The Sales Manager/Product Expert met with the IT Manager of the company.
- Understood their pain point.
- Understood the clients budget for the solution they were seeking.
- Proposed the better quality of noise cancellation and more comfortable range of headphones (couple of options) from one of the leading global brands.
- Arranged a demo for all the agreed products.
- Kept the demo products with the client for testing by their users.
- Patiently waited for the feedback from the IT Manager.
- Once the feedback was positive again patiently waited for the product to get approved from their HQ.
- Delivered the products within a week of receiving the PO.
- Delivered some product to other site (out of Pune) of the company.
