A Global sales lead generation company which had recently established its office in Pune wanted to have solution wherein the local as well as Global leadership could make a direct connect with the front end team seating in the office floor so that they could keep their employees charged up and motivated and at the same time if there are certain new announcements were to be made they should be able to deliver themselves with a VC.
The Solution
We sent a team consisting of – Sound engineer, AV Technician and Sales Manager in order to analyze and understand the exact solution the client was seeking.
The process
- The sales manager thoroughly understood the requirement of the company.
- The AV Technician and Sound Engineer did a joint recce of the location.
- The Sound Engineer came up with a customized solution with options of leading brands.
- The sales guys offered quotation of the finalized products.
- AV Technician along with his team installed the product.
- The sales person visited the client’s office post 1 week of installation to check if there are any concerns from the client’s end.
This entire process took not more than 10 days to complete.
